Profilo DNA: amplificazione mediante PCR degli STRs autosomici
L'amplificazione degli STRs autosomici, e stata effettuata secondo le modalita gia riportate a pag.31, le tracce risultate positive alla quantificazione (tracce A e B), sono state sottoposte ad amplificazione e successiva elettroforesi capillare.
Le tracce risultate negative alla quantificazione (trace C, D, E, F, G) sono state analizzate previa concentrazione mediante impiego di strumentazione Speed-Vac SC110 marca "Savant".
Risultati: tra tutte le tracce analizzate, appartenenti al Rep.36, soltanto le tracce denominate A e B hanno fornito un profilo genetico utile e precisamente dalla traccia A e stato possibile estrapolare il profilo genetico di KNOX, Amanda Marie (riscontro effettuato con il profilo genetico riportato a pag.65 Tabella 31, riferibile al Rep.31, tampone salivare prelevato alla stessa) mentre dalla traccia B e stato possibile estrapolare il profilo genetico di KERCHER, Meredith Susanna Cara, gia mostrato in Tabella 12-1 (riscontro effettuato con il profilo genetico riportato a pag.49 riferibile al Rep21, tampone ematico effettuato nella ferita di dimensioni maggiori presente sul collo della vittima). Le analisi delle restanti tracce campionate dal Rep.36 (denominate tracce C, D, E, F, G) ha non hanno fornito alcun risultato utile.
