Profili DNA: amplificazione mediante PCR degli STRs autosomici e del cromosoma Y
L'amplificazione degli STRs autosomici e del cromosoma Y e stata effettuata secondo le modalita gia riportate alle pag.31, 33 e 34 sull'estratto di DNA relativo alla traccia B. La traccia A e stata invece sottoposta alla sola amplificazione degli STRs autosomici. Entrambi gli amplificati sono stati analizzati mediante elettroforesi capillare.
Risultati: l'analisi della traccia A ha consentito di determinare il profilo genetico della vittima 1 gia mostrato in tabella 12-I (riscontro effettuato con il profilo genetico riportato a pag.50 riferibile al Rep.21).
L'analisi della traccia B ha consentito l'estrapolazione di un profilo genetico (Tabella 165-I) derivante da mistura di sostanze biologiche appartenenti ad almeno due individui dei quali almeno uno di sesso maschile. Il confronto effettuato tra il genotip derivante dalla traccia B del Rep.165 con quelli appartenenti a 1 e 2 (riscontri effettuati, rispettivamente, con il profilo genetico riportato a pag 63 Tabella 30-I, riferibile al Rep.30 e con il profilo genetico riportato a pag.50 riferibile Rep.21, tabella 21) ha fornito un risultato de compatibilita cioe il profilo genetico mostrato in Tabella 165-I e compatibile con l'ipotesi di mistura di sostanze biologiche (presumibilmente cellule di sfaldamento) appartenenti a 1 ed a 2.
L'analisi del cromosoma Y ha consentito di determinare l'aplotipo Y mostrato in Tabella 165-II, relativo al DNA estratto dalla traccia B. Anche tale risultato conferma la presenza de DNA appartenente a 2 nella traccia analizzata, poiche l'aplotipo Y ottenuto e uguale a quello appartenente a 2 (riscontro effettuato con l'aplotipo Y gia riportato in Tabella 30-II di pag.63 estrapolato dall'analisi genetica del tampone salivare prelevato allo stesso)

The analysis of Y chromosome made it possible to determine the Y haplotype shown in Table 165-II on the DNA extracted from trace B. Also this result confirms the presence of DNA belonging to Raffaele Sollecito track analyzed, because the Y haplotype and obtained the same as belonging to Raffaele Sollecito (investigation conducted with the Y haplotype already reported in Table 30-II of pag.63 extrapolated from ' Genetic analysis of saliva swab taken at the same)
